What We Assess During Your Healthy Ageing Assessment
During your Strong For Life Assessment we measure several markers linked to long-term health, strength and independence.
Together these give a clear snapshot of how your body is currently functioning.
Strength
Grip strength and lower-body strength provide valuable insight into overall muscle health and resilience.
Balance
Balance plays an important role in maintaining confidence in movement and reducing fall risk as we age.
Functional Mobility
Simple movement tests show how efficiently your body performs everyday tasks such as standing, walking and turning.
Muscle Health
Where appropriate, body composition can be measured to help monitor muscle mass and identify opportunities to maintain or build strength.
Brain Health Support
We also discuss lifestyle factors linked to long-term brain health, including movement, exercise, sleep and overall wellbeing, helping you support both body and mind as you age.
Cellular Health (Optional)
Using the Prysm iO antioxidant scanner, we can gain insight into cellular health and the lifestyle factors that support recovery and long-term wellbeing.
