Benefits Of Online Treatment
My aim is to settle down your pain and symptoms as quickly as possible. This is normally relatively easy to do and where most practitioners stop. However, I like to go one step further by adding exercises and advice into your program to ensure your symptoms do not return or end up moving the problem elsewhere. I do this using a variety of techniques.
My online treatment packages will help you to understand your pain and give you actionable advice on how to resolve it.

Helen’s gradual approach greatly helped me on the road to recovery and peak performance. Thanks Helen!!!
Helen provided further advice following the appointment which has helped me greatly as I am now booked in for surgery.
Highly recommended.
