Benefits Of Online Treatment

My aim is to settle down your pain and symptoms as quickly as possible. This is normally relatively easy to do and where most practitioners stop. However, I like to go one step further by adding exercises and advice into your program to ensure your symptoms do not return or end up moving the problem elsewhere. I do this using a variety of techniques.

My online treatment packages will help you to understand your pain and give you actionable advice on how to resolve it.

After a motorcycle accident, in which I broke my lag at three places, I had to walk with crutches for a long time and developed sincere back pain. What my osteopath didn’t manage in 6 sessions, Mrs. Manders did in two. I can’t praise her enough. In my view, she has great diagnostic and therapeutic skills. The exercises, she sent me home with have been very beneficial. She is down to earth, she is a great communicator and has impeccable “bedside manners”. Recently, after a second operation she has also treated my foot and ankle, again with great results. That is if you don’t like pain.I’m considering simulating some imaginative pain after treatment has been completed. Naah, she would find out and send me home.

I cannot recommend Helen highly enough. She has been helping me recover from a shoulder operation and whilst super knowledgeable, she is also really great at putting me at ease. I have recommended her to my Sister and Mum…..she just needs my Dad for a “Full House”! My recovery is slow but with Helen by my side I am making progress steadily. Thank you Helen

I cannot recommend Helen’s practice enough – she has a breadth of knowledge, but explains in a way that’s easy to understand.I had built up a large amount of muscle imbalances during my career as a rugby player and martial artist. I began developing regular injuries that seriously affected my performance and mental health. Helen’s gradual approach greatly helped me on the road to recovery and peak performance. Thanks Helen!!!
